Vanilla Cupcakes with Whipped Caramel Ganache Icing & Sea Salt



As a child, I always imagined becoming a pastry chef when I grew up. I took many candy making & baking classes and bought tons of books and tools. 

When I lived in Brooklyn, I started my own small baking business. I'm not sure I could do it again as a job, but in my own home, on a small scale, I am seriously in LOVE with baking still.
