Spam Musubi

I'm almost embarrassed to share this, because when I first moved to the mainland, everyone laughed and made fun of me for eating this. But Spam Musubi is really really yummy. I know Spam is weird. 

All it is is white rice, spam (I like to marinate it in soy sauce & sugar before I fry it), and seaweed. Perfect lunch. Luckily for me, Cisco loves it too! So we had it for lunch today. Sometimes I put Furikake in it too.

I really miss being able to pick one up at the 7-11 on my way to the beach . . .
