Oatmeal & Work

I bought this oatmeal thinking I could whip some up real quick for breakfast. But when I read the instructions, it says you have to prepare it the night before to eat it in the morning. Well that hasn't happened yet. But I'm excited to try it with molasses

Finished screen printing a few sew in tags for Julie. Then we are off to New York for a few days, to show Cisco's cousin Luis around the city. It seems like we've been visiting the city quite a bit lately, and that makes me happy.

Enjoy the last few days of summer, they seem to be going quickly.

oatmeal is so much better prepared the night before. when i make steel cut oats i bring water to a boil, dump the oats in, put the lid on, and turn it off. it slowly cooks it all night and then in the morning you just turn the burner back on to warm it up. so yum! a scoop of peanut butter swirled in is also super tasty :)
