I used to have yogurt and granola for breakfast everyday, but I found dairy starting to not like me.
So . . .
For the last few weeks, every morning for breakfast I have about two big glasses of my own fruit & veggie juices. I buy 4 lb bags of carrots, 5 lb bags of apples, and all sorts of other yummy goodness.
Although it varies a bit, my main morning drink usually consists of:
1 large handful Kale
1 large handful Spinach
1 Large Cucumber Peeled
A few Large Carrots
It's the first thing that enters my body and I feel a lot better! I love juicing.
