I'm obsessed and also very pleased with myself! This batch of Lemon Macaroons came out so good! They are just the right amount of rise. I used the Ladurée Recipe book recipe for the cookies and mixed lemon curd with Swiss Meringue Buttercream for the filling. The texture of the filling isn't as smooth as I'd like, but tastes super yummy.
Anyway, I'm hoping to try pistachio & chocolate soon too!
